Regal Falcon Investment Management L.L.C. S.P.C (“RFIM”) is pleased to announce that it has received In-Principle Approval from the Capital Market Authority (“CMA”) on its application for a Category 7 license.  

The license would add the activities of Brokerage and Custody of Virtual Assets to the Company’s existing asset management and advisory licenses.

Final approval is expected within the next six months. RFIM is a CMA-regulated company and wholly owned by His Highness Sheikh Suroor bin Mohammed Al Nahyan.
